Agreement
These Terms govern access to fivestrly.com marketing pages and the FiveStrly application. If you use the product on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform integrity, or use FiveStrly to send unlawful, deceptive, or harassing communications. Review activity must comply with platform policies and applicable law.
Customer content
You retain rights to content you submit. You grant FiveStrly a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the service. You are responsible for having rights to connect third-party review data.
Subscriptions and payment
Access is provided under the Business plan after an inquiry and agreement. Fees and billing terms are confirmed in your quote and are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated.
Intellectual property
FiveStrly branding, software, and site content are owned by FiveStrly or its licensors. You may not copy or reverse engineer the product except as allowed by law.
Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific review volume, rating outcomes, or uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FiveStrly is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data arising from use of the service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breaches. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that should survive termination will survive.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to FiveStrly’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory local consumer law applies.
